Leejung Im has been painting and drawing since her childhood in Seoul, South Korea.
Her paintings are abstract expressions of the human spirit.
Emotions and thoughts are expressed with simple organic shapes, subtle colors, and painterly brush strokes and textures.
Many of her compositions include simplified human forms and little sprouts, which represent people in community and harmony with nature.
